We advise a periodic inspection of all roofs and associated components. We are able to schedule a periodic inspection report which will alow you to plan for larger roof works. As standard, we look at the roof covering, chimney stacks, guttering, soffits, fascias and skylights / Velux windows.
Once we have been to the property we will prepare a report on the status of the roof and a comprehensive estimate for any work which may be required.
We offer Surveys and Estimates as a free service to Landlords which include everything from your roof report to cleaning solar panels.
